Nice to Meet You!

 I have 3 years of research experience at the collegiate level. I have worked on a variety of different projects in conjunction with the Brody School of Medicine, Dept. of Biology, and Dept. of Computer Science at East Carolina University. I have one current journal publication submitted for peer review. My interests are in machine learning and imaging. 

 My programming skills are specialized in Agent-Based Models (ABM), and I have become proficient in Netlogo and Python. I am also competent with MiniTab statistical computing software, LaTeX, MATLAB, and C++. I am creative-minded and enjoy designing graphics, logos, and websites. I am a fabulous dancer and the founder of Hips & Heels Dance Fitness. 

 I am currently enrolled as a doctoral student in Biomathematics at North Carolina State University. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in  Mathematics from East Carolina University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with class rank 1 of 811 in 2024. I earned minors in Hispanic Studies and Composite Natural Sciences. My selected coursework includes Control Systems and Biological Modeling.
